一、重难点:

1.创设多个在人际交往中出现的问题,让学生用Why don’t you…?句型来提建议并进一步学习情态动词couldshould的用法。

2.让学生回顾Section A部分的内容,找出文中已出现的Why don’t you…?句型以及带有连词until, so thatalthough的句型并列在本子上,让学生分小组讨论并归纳Why don’t you…?句型的结构以及连词until, so thatalthough在句中的具体含义和用法等。

二、突破建议及方案:

通过用连词until, so that, although造句来掌握它们的用法。

Why don’t you do sth.?是常见的提建议的句型,意为你为什么不做某事呢?”, “Why not do sth.同义。

—Why don’t you talk to your friends?你为什么不和你的父母谈谈呢?

—Good idea! 好主意!

—Why don’t you talk about these feelings with your family?

—That sounds good.

该句型还有发出礼貌地邀请的用法。

连词until, so thatalthough的用法:

until+时间状语,表示直到……为止;到……,引导时间状语从句,常放在主句之后,也可以放在主句之前。
